6 Food Managers Certification Class" is a comprehensive food handler training which includes the current regulations to assist in taking the ServSafe Manager's Exam (through the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation). This National Certification is valid for five years. In Florida, certification is required for food managers of all establishments licensed by the Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation, Dept. of Ag and Consumer Services, and selected licenses of the Dept. of Health. No walk in registrations. A score of 75% is required for passing the Exam. Bring your lunch.
